So I've finally figured out what on earth i'm going to use this journal for.
I've never had anywhere to post the artwork I do. If you can really call it artwork. Fanart and manipulations don't really fall under that category I suppose, but i'm calling it that anyway.
So what you're going to be able to find here is simple. Imagery.
I'm going to post banners, icons, manipulations, maybe even a wallpaper or two.
Everyone feel free to use the stuff I post, but remember to credit and please don't hotlink.

So I figured it was about time that I actually started this journal off. I've had it a while, and left it sitting here with no posts and no customization. So here I am, attempting to make a statement about who I am in as few lines as possible, with one image and minimal colours. So who am I? I'm Ally. It's a simple name, but it means different things to too many people. You see there are several of me. There is work Ally, daughter Ally, friend Ally, online Ally, writer Ally, and every now and then, just plain Ally. It's complicated but I do my best to keep them all in the air. I have tattoos which is a rather dramatic contrast to the persona that greets the world. Most people would never guess what lurks beneath my shirt, hovering over my butt in the middle of my back. But there it is. In black ink. An homage to my grandfather, who was always the most important man in my life... til the day he died... and beyond. If you're wondering what it is that is permanently etched into my skin... well that's a tale that will have to wait til another day. For now, I'll leave you with one simple, yet vital piece of information about myself... I'm a walking contradiction. Not by any conscious decision of my own, but purely accidental. The things that make me happy are vast and varied. But share one simple characteristic. To me... they're poetry.
I write, I read, I love, I believe!
